My Morning Smoothie

Incredible nutrition to power you through your day with energy, vitality, and mental clarity

To a blender I add:

  • A handful or 2 of fresh spinach             • A 2-3" chunk of cucumber

  • 1/4 of an avocado                           • 1tbsp almond butter (optional)

  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder. 

      I use either Triple Protein Shake or Be Refueled Protein Powder

  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup almond milk (no sugar) • about 1 cup of ice


Put the lid on and blend until everything is smooth and combined.  You may need to add more liquid to make the consistency that you like. For a little sweetness, you can add 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 an apple, or even a teaspoon of a good clean stevia. Then top it off with some raspberries, and/or nuts. YUM!!

This is the base for my smoothie.  For tons of added nutrition and to keep my body burning fat for energy, I add in the following.
